Happy spooky season 🎃 👻
*updated on November 13, 2025
Volume #1
Can you feel it? That delicious shift in the air where the veil gets thin, the shadows grow long, and suddenly everything feels just a little bit more magical? This is my favorite time of year—when the world finally catches up to those of us who live in liminal spaces all year round.
As we move deeper into Scorpio season (hello, transformation and truth-telling), I'm feeling called to share what's been lighting me up lately, and give you a little peek into what I've been brewing behind the scenes.
So grab your coziest blanket, pour yourself something warm (or something witchy—no judgment), and settle in. We've got some good stuff to cover.
What's Brewing
Something's been cooking in my cauldron, and let's just say it involves a place where shadow work meets sarcasm, where ancient wisdom gets a modern-day glow-up, and where you can finally stop pretending that “love and light only” spirituality actually works for real humans living real lives.
I'm building something for:
-
the mystics who are tired of spiritual bypassing,
-
the seekers who want actual transformation (not just another course to collect digital dust),
-
and the magic-workers who know that being spiritual doesn't mean being perfect—it means being real.
Think: a sanctuary for the spiritually curious and the energetically exhausted. A place where your weird is welcomed, your questions are encouraged, and your growth is inevitable (but make it fun, add a wand, and believe in absolute magic kind of vibes!)
I can't spill all the tea just yet, but if you've ever wished for Hogwarts but for adults who've been through some shit... stay tuned. ✨
(P.S. – If you want to be the first to know when the doors open, hit reply and let me know. I'm building something special, and I want my people in first.)

The $18 Swap That Finally Fixed My Client's “Mystery” Gut Issues (After Everything Else Failed)
My client had made incredible progress on her healing journey—we're talking near-total elimination of chronic pain, migraines, and arthritis. Chef's kiss. But her gut? Still staging a full-scale rebellion.
No matter what we cleared energetically, what supplements we tried, what protocols we implemented, or what foods we eliminated, her digestive system was NOT having it. And listen, when there's an unsolved mystery in my practice, I become absolutely feral about finding the answer. (I blame my numerous Scorpio placements, obviously.)
So I did what any good detective does: I backtracked through all of our work together. And that's when I realized I'd made a critical error—one that almost every practitioner makes when their clients confidently declare, “Oh yeah, I have a pretty toxin-free household. I eat organic, filter my water, all that good stuff.”
You know what I didn’t do? I didn’t ask the unsexy follow-up questions. Like what specifically are you using for dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, and cleaning products?
(Yes, I rolled my eyes at myself. Deeply.)
When my client sent back her list, I immediately spotted the culprit. She’d fallen victim to greenwashing—you know, those “eco-friendly” companies that slap a leaf on their packaging and call it a day while still loading their products with garbage.
Her dishwasher tabs were a toxic cocktail of: formaldehyde, SLS, synthetic fragrances, phosphates, chlorine, benzoates… and a whole host of other ingredients known to wreck gut health.
Within ONE WEEK of switching to the Mint dishwasher tabs I use in my own home, her gut had completely settled down: normal stools, regular rhythm, zero discomfort.
Here’s the thing: you can do everything right—eat impeccably, take all the supplements, manage stress—but if you’re eating off plates washed in a chemical soup three times a day, you’re undoing all that hard work with every bite.
Mint tabs are actually clean (no greenwashing), they work, and they don’t leave a residue of endocrine disruptors on your dishes. Your gut will thank you. Trust me—and my very happy client.
Here’s my code that will give you an extra 10% off to make the switch.
What I’m Reading
The Coven – Harper L. Woods
I'm currently devouring The Coven by Harper L. Woods, and it's absolutely perfect for spooky season. The female main character has this delicious “don’t mess with me” energy—she’s not waiting to be saved.
The storyline weaves together themes of magical repression and the fight to restore ancient practices that have been suppressed—which honestly feels relevant right now (both in fiction and in our actual world).
If you’re into dark, atmospheric reads with a protagonist who takes zero nonsense and a plot that explores reclaiming power from oppressive systems—this is your autumn read.
Bonus: pairs perfectly with a cozy blanket, a mug of something warm, and the sound of wind howling outside.
