What I’m Reading

Blood of Hercules by Jasmine Mas

I’m halfway through this one and completely hooked. The writing is crisp and propulsive, but what’s really getting me is watching the FMC step into a version of herself she never imagined possible.

Early trauma? Check.
A crucible that would break most people? Double check.

But instead of letting life take her out, she’s learning to harness the power that was always hers.

It’s giving major post-traumatic growth energy — the kind that reminds you some of us are born from chaos and turn it into fuel. We don’t all get easy origin stories, but we can become something extraordinary if we’re willing to reach for that inner fire.

A delicious read if you like your fantasy with a side of “watch me rise.”
