Class forums are set up in private Facebook groups. There is likely a link to your group inside your course library, which you can access here: www.caitlindianna.com/login

If you can't find it, email our team with the form below and we'll help you out.

You may need to simply log out, refresh your browser and try logging back in again. Sometimes apps need an update too so be sure to check your app store for this!

You may also need to hit "mark as complete" to unlock new components of your library. Be sure to check things off as you go.

If none of these options worked, then absolutely send us a note and we will help you out!

If you look at the top menu of this page, there is a circle with a head outlined (called an avatar) on the right-hand side. If you click on that it will take you to the login page. If you're on mobile, it might look like a hamburger menu (3 dots or 3 lines) that you have to tap to open up first.

Consider bookmarking the page or using the Kajabi app on your mobile device to make it super easy to get back to your library!

Make sure to check your email inbox and spam or junk folders for the confirmation email with your login details when you sign up.

If you tried all that and still can't find it, you can hit the "forgot password" button on the login page to get a password reset emailed to you (make sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folders again).

If you have your receipt in your email, there is a link at the bottom that you can click that will take you to your client profile to update your payment method and card details on the account.

We understand that paying a monthly fee can be a struggle for some folks. It's one of the reasons we keep our membership fee so affordable. Because it's already a fantastic deal for the amount of content and support you get at only $37/month CAD, we do not offer discounts on an ongoing basis.

For all of our courses we offer the ability to sign up using Stripe or Paypal.

If you don't have a credit card or just would rather pay directly from your bank account, Paypal offers that ability! All you have to do is connect your bank account to your Paypal account and then choose that as your payment method when you sign up.

If you don't see the "book now" button, it means Caitlin is currently not taking any more clients.

Each of our Certified Practitioners manage their own independent businesses and our customer support team does not have access to any of their booking details. You'll need to reach out to your D-Coder directly.
