"I loved this eBook. It is written in an easy to understand manner and covers the full range of topics that one encounters on a spiritual journey of a potential/confirmed starseed: physical health, emotions, balancing out the "human" and the "spiritual". Whether someone is just starting out or has been on this journey for a while, there is something in this book for whatever point in the journey you may be on.

I feel somewhat more grounded and calm about this whole journey that I'm on. It can be overwhelming at times but this book helped bring me back to a place where I feel that I can take this journey at my own pace, take it one step at a time.
