Here’s the rhythm + flow
Week one: We start by resourcing you.
All about setting your system up to succeed — choosing foods and herbs you actually like and tolerate, navigating conversations with partners or family so you’re not accidentally sabotaged, identifying what truly motivates you, and beginning the three daily non-negotiables that run through the entire reset.
Weeks two & three:
We move into the Flush Phase
