Hey, I’m Caitlin! For the last decade, I’ve been working as a CNHP, professional healer & intuitive coach.

After helping over 4500+ people through their healing & awakening journey, I’ve noticed some pretty predictable patterns that all humans on this path seem to walk through.

Like most of you who have landed on this page, I used to believe that healing and awakening was going to happen in layers, going on endlessly for the rest of our lives in that spiral/ loop everyone talks about.

After studying the patterns, I discovered that it is 100% a myth.

"I love the new levels! It's fun being able to look at the whole sequence to see where you've been, where you are, and where you're going.

Sometimes the journey can feel like a bit of a cliff jump in itself...just trusting and not really sure where you'll eventually land, trusting the process and hoping for the best But when you realize that everyone goes through essentially the same stages and it's sort of ‘predictable’, and you can see what's coming next, it makes the whole journey seem like there's less uncertainty and it's more 'doable'.

Like when you feel stuck you realize, 'if I focus on these areas I'll keep shifting forward,' even if the progress is small, and you can see exactly where that effort leads. It feels like a bit of a gentle 'ah-ha' and brings a bit of stability into what can sometimes feel like a roller coaster of a ride I love it, you guys did a nice job of laying out the journey and matching resources to support it.

I got Level 6 and it describes current me so well. I see where I can go back in Level 5 and deepen, and I see where I've already started sliding into a new integration & embodiment that will become Level 7. I've really been feeling the Level 7 shift as an undercurrent with little glimmers of visions, and it was cool to anchor that quiet energetic pull as alignment with what's coming next.
