There are three business building phases all successful healers emerge through, and here in Launch Healers, we’re going to help you discover which phase you’re in and hand you the exact pathway so you can easily graduate from one phase to the next.
We’ve developed a set of Mission Maps for each phase that gives you the exact focus, tasks, checklists, marketing tools, and milestone metrics you’ll need to stay on track and succeed.
Phase 1: Discovering Your Mission, Voice & Audience
We can’t niche down until we know who is most attracted to work with us. Instead, as we begin attracting the first members of our Circle, they reflect back where we shine best. Our Foundation Four Clients are the direct window into the soul of the Who, What, Where, When, and Why of everything we’re about to build in our business, straight from our mission codex.
We don’t need to guess, or use faulty marketing ploys. We learn as we serve.
Phase 2: Clarifying Your Character Arc
As themes emerge in our Foundation Four client base, we begin by serving one phase of our client's archetypal journey. We step into leadership, grow our skill set, build our first consistent income stream, and create sustainability in our business. In Phase 2, you’ll design your first opt-in and offer, which might be a mini-course, mastermind, sessions, membership, workshop, or retreat.
You’ll learn how to attract your founding members and use simple marketing to launch successfully.
Phase 3: Amplifying Your ImpactÂ
Experience is the best eliminator of imposter syndrome or playing small. It’s time to take our marketing efforts up a notch and add things like automation, pre-recorded content, and a client attraction model into your business so that you can stay aligned to doing what you do best: serving your people. In Phase 3, we clarify your message, help you hire your first team member, diversify your income streams, build out a marketing and content strategy, and help you to plan your launches so that you can have your best year yet!
