Three-to-four weeks before the workshop starts, we will send out an email to all participants with more details about hotel check-in and check-out and anything you specifically need to know to make your way to Jasper National Park, fully prepared.

We always include a suggested packing list and the weather forecast to help you plan for the weather and the activities we'll be participating in.

For the first 2 days, you and the other D-Codes Hypnosis Method training workshop participants (which will consist of only those who have successfully completed the D-Codes Level 2 program and received a certificate) will be staying together in shared accommodations in Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada.

There you will receive training on the D-Codes Hypnosis Method from Caitlin. You will then practice these skills by taking turns being the facilitator and being the one put under hypnosis. Because it will be an intimate group, you'll have plenty of hands-on support and guidance from Caitlin.

At the end of the second day, the entire group will shift to Jasper Adventure Camp, which may include changing accommodations. You will be participating in the retreat and all the activities and excursions in a very similar fashion to the rest of the participants; the only difference being, you will be facilitating Hypnosis sessions on a number of the participants to give you a chance to further practice the skills you just learned at the workshop.

You must attend both the 2-day training and the 3-day retreat and facilitate a minimum of 4 hypnosis sessions in order to receive a D-Codes Hypnosis Method Certificate.

At the end of this workshop, you'll be equipped to bring your clients safely into a past-life, future, and galactic life regression. You'll be able to safely hold space, work with the morphogenetic field to restructure bodies and create healing, as well as access information from the subconscious field and light body that a soul needs for their journey.

• Check-in to the accommodations for the workshop portion of the week will begin on or around 4pm on Monday, October 14, 2024.
• The Hypnosis Training Workshop runs for 2 full days on October 15th and 16th starting at 9am.
• On the evening of the 16th after we complete the training workshop, we'll be meeting up with the rest of the Jasper Adventure Camp participants to enjoy tapas and open circle on the retreat.
• You will be fully immersed in the retreat alongside the rest of the retreat participants. The only difference being, they are receiving a past/future/galactic regression and you will be facilitating regressions as part of your training.
• The retreat facilitation ends after supper on Saturday, October 19th. Breakfast is included on Sunday, October 20th, and you'll have time to say your goodbyes and eat before check-out at 11am.

To keep the workshop affordable, we are only charging for hard costs including accommodations, meals and any excursion fees. This gives you flexibility to find travel and meal options that work for your budget outside what is included.

Yes, in order to attend this workshop you must have completed the D-Codes Practitioner Training Program (aka D-Codes Level 2), received your certificate, and hold the title of Certified D-Codes Practitioner.

This workshop + retreat starts at 9am on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 and ends after supper on Saturday, October 19, 2024.

We are staying in Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada.

If you are flying: your best airport options are Edmonton International Airport YEG or Calgary International Airport YYC.

Make sure your flights arrive before check-in and fly out after check-out. You will need to arrange for transportation to and from the airport, as that is not included.

There is no shuttle service from the airports into Jasper. It is recommended to find another participant to carpool with or to rent a vehicle if you will be flying in.

Jasper National Park is located approximately 4 hours from Edmonton, AB and 5 hours from Calgary, AB by car where the closest international airports are located. We'll be providing detailed "how to get here" information for attendees that may include carpooling, van rentals, or other supportive ride shares that will support you in getting to the retreat. As soon as you register for this retreat, we'll be loading you into a private group with all other participants so you can make co-travel arrangements.

Everyone who attends and successfully completes this in-person training workshop will receive a certificate for the D-Codes Hypnosis Method.

No. This is a live, in-person training workshop. It will not be recorded. You must attend in person to take part.

Although we know Jasper, Canada is a "bucket list" vacation for many families, this workshop and retreat is not a family vacation. We have a packed week of activities planned, and we expect each of our participants to be present with the group through the entire workshop and retreat.

Food and accommodation costs have been carefully calculated, and we only have enough space in the conference room and at the excursion(s) to cover retreat participants and Healers Rising team members.

So, family members are not invited to this workshop and retreat.

That being said, many of our retreat goers in the past have had family come out to join them for a few days before or after the scheduled retreat for a family vacation, and that could be worth considering.

Jasper National Park is tucked away in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, and many of the trails and excursions sites are not the best for people with mobility issues.

You should be able to walk with minimum elevation gain of 3-4 KM to fully take part in the Jasper Adventure Camp.

All the trails have at least a park or viewing area near the parking lot that anyone can access, regardless of mobility level. However, we are planning to venture further into the trails than that as a group, so if you cannot walk or hike with some elevation change for that minimum 3-4 KM then this might not be the adventure for you.

That being said, if you still have a "Heck Yes!" to the Jasper Adventure Camp, you can sign up, just be aware that while the rest of the group is hiking, you make need to come up with an alternative plan that includes a gentler walk component. In this case, we will give you direction on how to get the most out of your modified solo or small group adventure.

If there is a large number of participants who have mobility issues at this event, we may be able to provide some modifications with the support of a mentor.

Due to the hotel cancelation policy, we can only accept cancelations up to 10 days after your original signup date.

If cancelation is received before then, you will be refunded the amount you've paid so far minus a $500 admin fee within 10-14 days from your cancelation request date. We cannot offer full refunds. No refunds will be provided for cancelations received on Day 11 or later.

Please do your best to make sure you are able to attend before signing up, and provide as much notice as possible in the event that you must cancel.
