Three-to-four weeks before the workshop starts, we will send out an email to all participants with more details about hotel check-in and check-out and anything you specifically need to know to make your way to Canmore, AB, Canada fully prepared. We always include a suggested packing list and the weather forecast to help you plan for the weather and the activities we'll be participating in.

We'll also set up a group chat in Facebook Messenger so you can see and connect with everyone who is attending this training workshop and have a direct line to Caitlin and her team as well as all of the other participants.

Once on site, you will receive training on the D-Codes Hypnosis Method from Caitlin. You will then practice these skills by taking turns being the facilitator and being the one put under hypnosis. Because it will be an intimate group, you'll have plenty of hands-on support and guidance from Caitlin and Violet.

You must attend the entire 3-day training and facilitate a minimum of 5 hypnosis sessions on volunteers of your own finding after you get home and submit your case study notes for each of them in order to receive a D-Codes Hypnosis Method Certificate.

Once certified, you'll be equipped to bring your clients safely into a past-life, future, and galactic life regression. You'll be able to safely hold space, work with the morphogenetic field to restructure bodies and create healing, as well as access information from the subconscious field and light body that a soul needs for their journey.

• Check-in to the accommodations for the workshop portion of the week will begin on or around 4pm on Thursday, October 15, 2026.
• We will begin the workshop together at 6pm on Thursday, October 15th for tapas and to talk through how the training workshop will go. We will attempt to finish by 8:30pm so you can get a good night sleep.
• The Hypnosis Training Workshop runs for 3 full days:

Please note: Certification is not guaranteed. You must complete all requirements in order to receive a continuing studies certificate in the D-Codes Hypnosis Method, which includes attending and participating in the full training workshop and submitting case study notes for 5 practice sessions after the event.

• Travel between your home and the hotel we are staying at. We do not cover flights, car rentals, shuttles, ride share costs, or fuel and will not make arrangements for you. You may wish to connect with other workshop trainees to see if there are opportunities to travel together and split costs.

Yes, in order to attend this workshop you must have completed the D-Codes Practitioner Training Program Phase 1 and 2: up to and including attending the in-person training workshop, at a minimum.

And Certified D-Codes Practitioners are eligible.

This workshop starts at 6pm on Thursday, October 15, 2026 and ends at 4pm on Sunday, October 18, 2026.

If you are flying: your best airport option is Calgary International Airport YYC.

Make sure your flights arrive before check-in and departs at least 3 hours after the workshop ends for domestic flights, 4 or more for international. You will need to arrange for transportation to and from the airport, as that is not included.

Multiple daily shuttle services run directly from Calgary International Airport (YYC) to Canmore. The trip takes about 1.5 hours, and several companies provide convenient pickups right outside the terminal and drop-offs at major hotels or central hubs in Canmore. If you wish to hire a shuttle, you will need to choose a shuttle company, contact them with your flight details and the workshop location (which will be sent to you about 4 weeks before we gather), and then pay for your shuttle(s) to reserve your space.

Alternatively you can rent a car, as long as you hold a valid Canadian or US drivers license and are over the age of 25. There are many car rental companies at the airport. You will need to make these arrangements yourself. Roads should be fairly clear, although it's possible at this time of year for temperatures to hit below freezing, which could cause ice, snow, and slippery sections. Be prepared for possible winter driving conditions.

Everyone who completes this in-person training workshop and submits the case study notes for all 5 required practice sessions will receive a continuing studies certificate for the D-Codes Hypnosis Method.

No. This is a live, in-person training workshop. It will not be recorded. You must attend in person to take part.

Although we know Canmore and Banff National Park in Canada is a "bucket list" vacation for many families, this event is not a family vacation. We have a packed weekend of training activities planned, and we expect each of our participants to be present with the group through the entire workshop.

Food and accommodation costs have been carefully calculated, and we only have enough space in the meeting room to cover workshop trainees and Healers Rising team members.

So, family members are not invited to this in-person workshop.

That being said, many of our retreat goers in the past have had family come out to join them for a few days before or after the scheduled retreat for a family vacation, and that could be worth considering.

Due to the hotel cancelation policies, we can only accept cancelations up to 60 prior to the event start date.

If cancelation is received before then, you will be refunded the amount you've paid so far minus a $500 admin fee within 10-14 days from your cancelation request date. We cannot offer full refunds on in-person events. No refunds will be provided for cancelations received within 60 days of the event start.

Please do your best to make sure you are able to attend before signing up, and provide as much notice as possible in the event that you must cancel.
